Make sure the collected cheek swab is placed into the specimen envelope and sealed properly.
Please make sure all information on both sides of each specimen envelope is completed and signed. A signature is required. Incomplete or unsigned specimen envelopes may delay the report.
Do not reuse collection materials. Keep the sample at room temperature.
Drop your sample package at your local post office.
Results are typically available 3 to 7 business days depending on test type.
