Please make sure all information on both sides of the specimen envelopes is completed and consent form signed. A signature is required. Incomplete or unsigned consent form may delay the report..
Do not reuse collection materials. Keep the sample at room temperature.
Drop your sample package at your local post office.
Results are typically available 3 to 7 business days depending on test type.
